The key terms used in these Terms carry the following meanings:

• "Platform" — The 47bet website (47bet.lat) and all its associated services.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on 47bet or is using the platform.
• "Account" — Each member's personal gaming account.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional funds, free spins, or rewards granted by 47bet.

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on 47bet, you must provide your correct name, phone number, email address, and date of birth. Deposit and withdrawal features will not be available until the registration process is complete.

3.2 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. 47bet will not be held liable for any loss arising from sharing your password or allowing a third party to use your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification

47bet reserves the right to verify a member's identity, age, and payment method at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested. If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw this bonus, the combined total of the bonus and the deposited amount must be wagered 10 times (10x).

For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus. The bonus balance can be withdrawn after completing bets totalling 10 times ৳3,000, which is ৳30,000.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used for playing games on 47bet.
• Bonuses are not transferable to another account.
• Each member may use a bonus offer only once.
• The validity period of each bonus will be stated in the offer details.
• Unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The 47bet VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9%, and 1.2% respectively. Members can advance to a higher tier based on their active gaming activity.

5.4 Bonus Changes

47bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. Such changes will be published on the platform.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 47bet:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Operating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software or systems.
• Using bots, automation tools, or other artificial means to manage games or bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members.
• Match fixing or colluding with others to bet together.
• Allowing minors to use your account.

9.1 Data Security

• Clear evidence of violation of terms and conditions.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to submit verification documents.
• Legal or regulatory reasons.
• Security risks.

For permanently closed accounts, verified real money balances (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded, unless related to unlawful activity.

11.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, a member may activate self-exclusion for a specified period. During this time, access to the account or placing bets will not be possible.
